What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage with government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance
Collaborate with government personnel to identify business challenges and design tailored legal workflows
Partner with customers to drive adoption of legal AI solutions and ensure appropriate training
Lead executive business reviews to capture value delivered and develop success roadmaps
Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams for future enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience with legal technology and government customers
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management in legal tech
Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships
Proactive problem‑solving approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with state and local courts or government customers
Background in leading legal tech consulting organizations or SaaS firms
Curiosity about technology and AI developments in the legal sector
Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with various teams
