What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage regularly with government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance
Create customer success plans with government personnel to deliver value from legal AI solutions
Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and design tailored workflowsPartner with customers for training and strategies to grow adoption of legal AI solutions
Lead executive business reviews and capture the value delivered to government customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience with legal technology and government customers
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management in legal tech
Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platformsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
Proactive, customer‑centric mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with state and local courts and/or government customers
Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with various teams
Curiosity about technology and AI developments in the legal field
