Senior SAP Project Manager

Position Description The Senior SAP Project Manager is charged with the execution of projects that drive our strategy of an efficient integrated enterprise. This “move the ball” role works directly with Senior Leadership, Subject Matter Experts, and stakeholders across the company to document existing processes, develop future state business processes, and create functional work streams that optimize existing enterprise software applications and develop new solutions.
Essential Functions
Assume ownership for project success.
Lead projects that integrate the business and leverage systems to support strategy through the full suite of change and project management cycles.
Program development, execution, and management in collaboration with the Integration Management Office (IMO).
Support business partners to develop and document the scope, value proposition, deliverables, and resources for project proposals.
Drive project teams through planning, execution, and closure ensuring documentation completeness, stakeholder engagement, asset inventories, communication, training, and post‑project hand‑off.
Track, manage, and report on project budgets and resource availability at a detailed level bi‑weekly.
Design and deploy project testing strategy that expands the testing repository and provides turn‑key user training materials.
Communicate project status, potential obstacles, and key focal points proactively to the project team and executive leadership.
Required Skills and Competencies
Experience facilitating working groups, blueprinting, stakeholder interviews, and completing thorough requirements and documentation.
Experience working with Subject Matter Experts to define processes, conduct gap analysis, and recommend alternatives.
Working knowledge of large, highly integrated ERP platforms at application and database layers.
Strong technical and people‑oriented communication skills; ability to lead cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholders.
Active PMP certification.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Adaptable to change.
Ability to articulate business processes, requirements, and project status to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Excellent attention to detail and strong critical self‑review skills.
Professionalism and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
Comfortable driving tough conversations and stakeholder accountability.
Self‑motivated, determined, and able to manage high complexity and volume of information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Project, or similar tools.
Strong foundational understanding of project and change management principles in application.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Decision Sciences, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
5 to 8 years of accounting and/or financial analysis.
15 years of experience supporting and leading IT and organizational integration and change.
15 years of experience leading change in organizations of 10,000 people or more.
Significant experience leading ERP implementations.
5 years of experience planning and authoring organizational communications.
Working Conditions
Continuous sitting for prolonged periods; administrative nature of the job.
Requires attention to detail with visual/sensory focus.
Fast‑paced work environment requiring focus under pressure.
Mental stress from deadlines, project management, and accuracy demands.
Travel Requirements
Home‑based; may travel 15%–20% of the time based on business needs.
Compliance with Refresco Home‑based Job Requirements policy.
On‑site onboarding for up to 2 weeks, possibly longer.
Spring and Fall travel for weeklong department summit meetings in Tampa.
Potential short‑notice travel for business‑critical support.
Physical Requirements
Stand or sit.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
Lift or carry up to 20 lbs. (minimum 5 lbs.)
Walk and drive as required.
Climb stairs/ladders or balance as needed.
Visual/sensory tasks with attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits Pay Range:
$120,000 – $145,000, plus eligibility for performance‑based bonuses based on company objectives.
