The Senior Project Manager is typically responsible for projects in the range of $20 to $100 million and will be responsible for the overall direction, supervision and daily operations of the project. This position will oversee operational priorities, schedule adherence, coordination, communications between all parties, and the overall financial performance of the project. Responsibilities
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. Provide leadership and team management to project teams. Coordinate communications among all stakeholders and ensure clear reporting on project status. Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality control processes. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards where applicable. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on Life Sciences, Education, or Healthcare projects. Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools; ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets. Experience with risk management and quality control processes.
