Ensure all regulatory provisions and Safran Group reference systems are applied: Safran Group policy, fundamentals, standards and objectives are applied. Carry out regulatory and legal monitoring. Maintain regulatory registers (including the comprehensive assessment) and regularly check them. Ensure operational staff take HSE obligations into account. Update the list of HSE qualified and/or accredited staff. Implement monitoring and reporting methods adapted to local circumstances. Manage and/or carry out HSE audits and inspections. Suggest, review and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Manage the creation and implementation of the local HSE improvement plan in liaison with operational staff; identify significant dangers, hazards and environmental aspects and impacts, and monitor them. Ensure local HSE policy is applied. Suggest areas of improvement and local improvement initiatives. Establish HSE action plans with operational staff to achieve objectives and targets; monitor application of action plans. Manage a portfolio of HSE improvement projects. Lead site management and operational staff on all HSE activities: provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and training; implement Safran Group tools, methods and procedures and suggest improvements. Help establish and coordinate the HSE training plan. Initiate communication and awareness initiatives. Establish and update HSE documentation and ensure proper management and dissemination. Participate in analyses and surveys; facilitate and oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and closure of corrective actions. Champion initiatives to identify facility risk exposure, prioritize risk reduction, and ensure closure of recommendations. Organize emergency drills and prepare the management review. Provide information for Safran Group HSE reporting. Facility Support: maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing proper safety procedures. Assume responsibility for efficient, timely, and accurate completion of Facilities/Maintenance functions including facilities operation, maintenance, repair, installation and construction. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical field. Experience : 5+ years in Health, Safety & Environmental, including manufacturing experience; at least 1 year of leadership responsibility. Certificates/Licenses : Cal/OSHA 30-Hour Certification and Safety professional certification strongly preferred. Computer Skills : Windows OS, basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles. Leadership Attributes : Proven change driver; able to motivate; adaptable to diverse environments; lead by example; create a culture of trust. Other Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to read and interpret regulations and procedures; ability to write reports and manuals; ability to present to groups. Numerical skills: basic statistics, fractions, percentages, ratios; reasoning and problem-solving; detail-oriented and accurate. Additional Preferred skills : Experience in aerospace or aircraft manufacturing; minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience. Seniority level
