What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead strategic program execution, managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant outcomes

Oversee a team responsible for enterprise and divisional initiatives, focusing on talent development and resource management

Align with business and IT leaders to translate divisional strategies into actionable roadmaps

Conduct analysis on program dependencies and trade-offs to inform strategic decisions

Develop and present senior-level updates on program progress and challenges to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management

Proven expertise in business analysis, process improvement project management, and change management

Experience leading large cross-functional projects with complex dependencies

Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with business case development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

3+ years of experience in a people leadership role, including experience leading other leaders

Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (PMP or PgMP) preferred

Familiarity with Software Transformation programs, particularly Guidewire

Excellent skills in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
