This role provides technical, educational, operational, and sales support to assist the district in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, field sales, or experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing. Responsibilities include technical support, operational support, educational support, sales support, and ongoing technical development. Responsibilities:
Provide technical support, including completing CRM Field Technical Training and performing checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems. Offer operational support, such as managing consignment inventory and providing additional inventory support to meet customer needs. Deliver educational support by training physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products or solutions. Provide sales support by partnering with sales representatives to learn market dynamics and local customer motivations and needs. Stay up-to-date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings through ongoing technical development. Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma plus 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields, or Associate's Degree plus 4 years of work experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications:
Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry. Proven ability to build positive relationships with peers and colleagues. Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
