We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. This is a remote role; however, the CS must be within the assigned territory and be available for unscheduled needs. Some weeknights and weekends may be required as approved by regional management. Careers that Change Lives — Position Description: Provide technical, educational, operational and sales support to assist the district in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Support Complete CRM Field Technical Training (online and in the field) Perform checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems post sign-off Support implants of CRM products post sign-off Provide on-call support evenings and weekends as needed Provide troubleshooting support as requested Operational Support Ensure patient registration and hospital documentation are completed Manage consignment and trunk inventory; provide additional inventory support as needed Maintain software on programmers district-wide Assist with daily coverage logistics Educational Support Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on products/solutions Assist in educating and training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives Sales Support Collaborate with DSM, Sales Reps and DM to understand local market dynamics and customer needs Assist with obtaining customer POs; understand competitive landscape Independently identify customer needs and provide feedback to Sales Reps Ongoing Technical Development Stay up to date on new products, solutions and patient management offerings Complete all training in a timely manner Perform other related duties as assigned MUST HAVE - BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma plus a minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or related experience OR Associate’s Degree plus a minimum 4 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum 2 years of related experience NICE TO HAVE - DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry Ability to build/maintain positive relationships across organization levels Strong work ethic and objective-focused Proficiency with Microsoft tools and Salesforce.com Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities Frequent travel to customer sites; regularly mobile Continuous verbal and written communication Manual handling and lifting as described (up to 40 lbs) Extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking Exposure to eye protection, infectious disease and radiation Ability to wear lead for extended periods in the OR Frequent use of hands to perform tasks Ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within the territory Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance; driving record reviewed as part of application Travel Requirements Minimum travel of 10% Equal Opportunity & Benefits
