Regional Manager, Operating Room Integration Customer Success
The Mom Project is excited to partner with KARL STORZ US in their search for a Regional Manager, Operating Room Integration Customer Success. KARL STORZ is a global manufacturer of endoscopes, medical instruments, and devices. Their latest developments focus on digital documentation systems and comprehensive operating room concepts, integrating software solutions to support clinical processes and resource management. Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 10 Customer Success Managers Ensure timely and accurate Operating Room installations Drive customer success and satisfaction Develop and enhance the team’s skillsets and capabilities Maintain horizontal alignment with service and deployments verticals Implement process improvements to impact customer satisfaction Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; or 10 years of relevant equivalent experience 5‑10 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in AV or IP; knowledge of the medical device and/or healthcare marketplace preferred 3‑5 years of experience in consulting, project delivery, or project management; construction project management experience is a plus Minimum of 3 years of people management experience preferred Proven experience managing a geographically diverse team Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in ambiguous or high‑stress situations Demonstrated record of collaborating in a matrixed environment Preferred
Technical and/or Project Management certifications Holistic understanding of Cable Terminations and handling Holistic understanding of Cable Media Advanced knowledge in control systems, power amplifiers, digital signal processors, video matrix switchers, video scalers, PC interfaces, computer controls, and digital video recorders Technical project installation and/or integration experience Employee Benefits
