About The Role Our Product Management team builds high‑impact products by turning complex business problems into simple, engaging solutions. You will prioritize customer needs, shape the product roadmap, and partner with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end consumer experience.
Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and vision for your area of ownership, communicating it effectively to cross‑functional teams.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals and business needs.
Lead product launch initiatives, mitigating risks and executing go‑to‑market plans with all relevant stakeholders.
Write detailed requirements with acceptance criteria and negotiate trade‑offs with engineering and design teams.
Communicate product solutions using mock‑ups, user flows, and prototypes.
Identify gaps in current functionality and recommend data‑driven solutions.
Partner with marketing, engineering, and other internal partners to ensure products meet marketing strategies and objectives.
Manage competing requests from multiple groups while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Lead daily/weekly/monthly stand‑ups, planning, and grooming activities.
Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies to best serve digital goals.
Analyze the competitive landscape, user research, and competitive analysis to frame initiatives and drive continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience with digital consumer products.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience working with sports, casino, or gaming websites and mobile apps.
Strong technical background and the ability to converse intelligently with engineering.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Innovative thinker who challenges the status quo and asks insightful questions.
Passion for the gaming industry, including sports, casinos, and entertainment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross‑functional team experience.
Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps and defining clear, actionable product requirements.
Highly analytical, comfortable using reporting systems and data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to convey product context, decisions, and insights clearly and concisely.
Ability to articulate product vision and translate it into well‑defined requirements and use cases.
Demonstrated track record of delivering meaningful product and feature improvements across platforms.
Organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple priorities independently while staying aligned with team and business goals.
Collaborative and transparent, building strong relationships across teams and contributing to a healthy product culture.
Continuous improvement mindset, open to learning from others and evolving based on feedback.
Willingness to attend on‑site meetings or events as needed; occasional travel is acceptable.
Advanced command of the English language.
