What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct thoughtful, high-quality discovery calls with veterinary clinics to understand their challenges and spark interest in the employer's services
Book qualified meetings for Partner Relationship Managers based on real clinic insights
Use Salesforce to track outreach, manage follow-ups, and maintain clean pipeline records
Clearly and confidently explain how the employer supports veterinary teams and improves the client experience
Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and share real-time feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
1+ years of B2B inside sales or sales development experience, preferably in the veterinary or animal health industry
A true hunter mentality with a passion for outbound outreach
Resilient, self-starting, and comfortable with rejection in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the veterinary or animal health industry
Previous success in a high-volume outbound sales role
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Eagerness to grow within a mission-driven organization
