Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Spanish Bilingual - Retail Sales at T-Mobile. This role is part of the Retail Team in National Sales partner locations, focusing on high-traffic customer engagement and delivering T-Mobile solutions. Responsibilities
Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment. Educate customers, communicate effectively, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions using digital tools. Utilize digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding. Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value of products and services. Encourage self-serve and app usage to meet wireless needs and deepen customer relationships. Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources. Review personal results, current promotions, and updates to stay customer-ready. Partner with nearby stores to onboard customers; participate in skills practice, knowledge sharing, store operations, and opening/closing procedures. Carry keys and report lost keys or assets to management. Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, and able to build rapport, trust, and loyalty. Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and develop relationships with new and existing customers. May perform price overrides for specialty offers for National Retail. Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and account servicing. Education
High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Customer Satisfaction: Passionate advocate who balances customer experience with performance goals (Required). Team Building: Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices while serving customers (Required). Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required). Licenses and Certifications

Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation
Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, on-the-job training eligible for hourly training pay. After promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary). All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligible for an Annual Stock Grant. Benefits
