Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an Area Sales Representative based in Chattanooga, TN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, providing information about our benefit services, and enrolling new clients. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. This role requires effective communication, networking, and problem-solving skills to support and grow the client base.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
Strong understanding of Insurance products and services
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
