Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative at Colonial Life located in the St. Michael area. The Sales Agent will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and drive revenue growth
Responsibilities :
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets
Negotiate and close agreements with clients
Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Utilize our software to track sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Proficiency in account management
Experience using CRM software is a plus
Training and recruiting experience
