Job Details Inside Sales Agent handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Remote work environment, paid training 16-18 weeks. Licensed hires 16 weeks, unlicensed 18 weeks.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day mid-morning start 11am-8pm (CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided. Home workspace with dedicated desk, wired high-speed internet minimum 100 MBps download 20 MBps upload. No satellite or mobile internet.
Qualifications
2 years of sales/service experience required; 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
Strong engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
