Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Operate in a remote work environment; maintain professional workspace with high‑speed internet.
Adhere to a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills for closing sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capability and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire (paid training if not licensed).
