What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prospect and qualify new clients employing 20-500 office workers across various industries through phone and video demonstrations.

Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.

Present and consultatively sell to C‑Suite executives and other key decision‑makers.

Ensure a smooth transition from initial interaction to customer agreement and account handoff.

Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify industry trends and prioritize customer feedback.

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of sales‑related experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Self‑motivated with a strong influencing and results‑oriented mindset.

Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous sales or marketing internship experience.

Knowledge of Salesforce.com and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Training in sales methodologies such as Sandler or Challenger.
