What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own onboarding and ramp programs for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Account Managers in the Mid-Market segment
Design and deliver role-based enablement, including messaging, discovery, sales plays, and deal execution skills
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to embed product and methodology training into Mid-Market sales motions
Monitor program adoption, collect feedback, and continuously improve role-based training
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and improve performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech
Experience designing and delivering role-based enablement for SDRs, AEs, and Account Managers
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (Product, Sales Ops/RevOps, PMM, Channel)
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and program management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program impact and adoption
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with sales enablement platforms and AI-powered solutions to enhance sales effectiveness
Proven track record in improving sales performance metrics through enablement programs
