Enter customer POs for non-EDI customers Look up exact style numbers from system Iron out any inconsistencies Mass upload orders Track inbound product against open orders Regularly audit sales order and inventory data to ensure accuracy Work with Imports and Warehouse on prioritizing inbound containers based on need Send order recaps to Sales team for items that need attention Manage up front orders Work with Sales and Production on making sure items are placed correctly Update “Buysheets” with customer PO information Make sure dates are aligned so that product arrives from factory before customer ship window Work with production team on preparing documentation needed Send documentation to customer freight forwarder Qualifications
2 years of experience in wholesale Strong Excel abilities (ex. PivotTables and VLOOKUPs) Strong organization and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail SAP or other ERP system experience is a plus Power BI experience is a plus Excel Power Query is a plus Direct Import experience is a plus Seniority level
