Base salary range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr Starting base salary:
$45K with growth opportunities. Average earnings:
$55K–$75K through base salary and commission. Top performing agents:
up to $85K+ in second year. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs. Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Adapt to remote work environment, maintain professional workspace and high‑speed internet. Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11am–8pm CST) for minimum 12 months. Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty Insurance license required; training provided if not held.
