Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor competition Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales training materials Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts Report on sales metrics and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development within the Water and Wastewater Treatment market Fluency in spoken and written English Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time Strong technical background and ability to develop business plans

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of success in sales within the target market Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct training sessions and convey technical information effectively Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
