Manage multiple Warehouse Distributor and Regional customers, driving profitable growth Develop and present growth and account plans to leadership on a quarterly and monthly basis Lead business meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve account objectives Prepare customer engagement reports to justify travel-related expenditures Facilitate internal communication regarding account developments to ensure alignment across departments Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Automotive and Commercial aftermarket Proven experience in Sales Account Management or Category Management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and demonstrate strong leadership skills Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the battery and/or retail tire business Highly motivated with exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills Solid strategic and analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial impacts Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel up to 40% Compensation : Salary up to $88,000 #BatteryIndustry #SalesManagement #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion #TravelOpportunities
