Responsibilities
Manage multiple Warehouse Distributor and Regional customers to drive business growth
Develop and present growth plans and account strategies to leadership
Schedule and lead business meetings, quarterly reviews, and line reviews
Complete customer engagement reports to justify travel-related expenditures
Facilitate internal communication across departments regarding account developments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Automotive and Commercial aftermarket
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel up to 40%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Sales Account Management or Category Management
Knowledge of the battery and/or retail tire business
Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills with a focus on financials and pricing
