Manage multiple Warehouse Distributor and Regional customers to drive profitable growth Develop and present growth plans to leadership and execute account strategies Schedule and lead business meetings, quarterly reviews, and line reviews with cross-functional teams Complete customer engagement reports to justify travel-related expenses Facilitate internal communication regarding account development with various departments What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Automotive and Commercial aftermarket Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively Willingness to travel approximately 25-40% for customer interactions and events How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
