Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Position eligibility
Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the states of Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa and Kansas. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role. What you’ll bring

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. If you do not have a Property & Casualty Insurance license, training includes licensing. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls—all incoming warm leads. Rewards and recognition opportunities. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment provided. Remote-work requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency.
