Accounts Receivable Reporting: Prepare weekly AR reports categorized by customer, project progress, and sales team activities for executive review. Invoice Support: Address and resolve both internal and external client queries regarding invoices while delivering excellent customer service. Collections & Billing Expertise: Hands-on experience in billing and collections is mandatory. Education: While not required, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a significant advantage. Software Skills: Experience with accounting systems like NetSuite is ideal; familiarity with systems like QuickBooks is an added plus. Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in industries like construction, project management, or similar is beneficial.
