What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Sell a suite of Business Partnership products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for sales presentations and pricing
Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales while aligning with assigned referral partners
Outline, explain, and execute a repeatable sales process for identifying and qualifying prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training experience
