What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide high-quality customer service to all internal and external customers via the call center
Resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately while building strong relationships with customer groups
Maintain appropriate records according to relevant standard operating procedures and internal controls
Identify trends and propose process and system improvements
Support the ASR Supervisor and team with service issues and perform other tasks or projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in premium accounting, customer service, brokerage, or other insurance-related functions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume position with a customer service focus
Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
