What to Expect

Serve as the principal contact for internal and external customers, providing accurate and timely solutions

Manage end-to-end order management relationship with global target customers

Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to meet customer needs

Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Minimum experience: 3+ years in the medical device or related field

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels

Proven problem-solving abilities and high responsiveness to customer needs

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in medical device manufacturing customer service

Familiarity with Oracle and Vendor Managed platforms

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments
