What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Minimum experience: 3+ years in the medical device or related field
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels
Proven problem-solving abilities and high responsiveness to customer needs
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in medical device manufacturing customer service
Familiarity with Oracle and Vendor Managed platforms
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments
