What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Sell a suite of Business Partnership products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales
Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
Maintain strategic alignment with referral partners and report to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry
Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to "C" level executives in sectors such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or equivalent training/experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
Experience with Earned Wage Access solutions
