Job Responsibilities
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market.
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations.
Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions.
Manage the complex sales process from qualification to contract closure.
Collaborate with strategic referral partners to enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry.
Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to “C” level executives.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to exceed sales goals and quotas.
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills.
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree.
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training.
