What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop strong knowledge of the hernia portfolio and procedural expertise to drive market growth
Build and maintain clinical relationships with key stakeholders in hernia disease management
Lead efforts to integrate robotic surgery into hernia procedures and promote the hernia portfolio as a key solution
Implement market development programs and initiatives to increase procedural adoption
Achieve or exceed sales quotas and effectively manage forecasting and opportunity management
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Field-based role requiring 50% travel within the assigned territory
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2 years of proven sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of clinical environments and effective communication of complex product information
Experience in building and managing relationships with decision-makers in clinical and administrative roles
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
