What you’ll do in your role?
Lead by example, ensuring a positive and high-performing store environment.
Help customers find the right product and service, both online and in-store.
Oversee all store functions: sales, inventory, program implementation.
Sell to find personalized solutions beyond device and plan.
Maintain store performance to meet or exceed sales goals.
Become proficient in the use of digital tools.
Show coverage in the customer’s neighborhood.
Explain plans and services that connect customers.
Use technology to troubleshoot and review service.
Complete trainings on in-store experience and new skills.
Build relationships with and partner across channels.
Own customer experience and resolve issues effectively.
Identify and handoff small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships and accountability.
Provide first-class customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
Leadership experience.
Fast-paced sales drive.
Team collaboration and customer focus.
Operational, financial, performance management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior wireless sales experience.
