Retail Associate Manager HATFIELD | Forty Foot Rd
Arch Telecom is hiring for the Retail Associate Manager HATFIELD | Forty Foot Rd role. RAMs work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build relationships with customers, uncover needs, and educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions. This is a learning role where you will work with your team to build required skills and assist the Retail Store Manager in operational duties. Responsibilities
Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty by helping customers continue their shopping journey (online, via Customer Care, or in-store). Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Side-by-side selling to identify personalized solutions beyond devices and service plans, including accessories and related IoT devices. Guide customers through the purchasing process with thoughtful questions and informed answers based on expertise. Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching. Become proficient in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, including demonstrating coverage, plans, and services in the customer’s neighborhood. Demonstrate how wireless solutions enable customers to stay connected and achieve greater mobility. Complete training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, systems, and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues. Identify and hand off small business leads and develop peer relationships for company success. Leadership and competitive drive within a fast-paced sales environment. Willingness to lead a team, share best practices, and serve customers with effective resolutions.
