Seeking an Agronomy Branch Manager to lead our team!
Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Agronomy branch, ensuring that all activities align with our company’s objectives and strategies.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve our sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities and challenges for our business.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, promoting best practices in Agronomy.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with other branch managers and senior management to drive company‑wide initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in the sales industry, preferably in Agronomy or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Solid understanding of the Agronomy market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding our company’s values and standards.
