Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and emerging IoT devices Maintain store presentation and standards to ensure the store is always at its best Approach service and sales with patience, honesty and empathy Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding to demonstrate: How our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood with a fast LTE network Why plans and services help customers live unlimited, stay connected, and go further How we redefine wireless through device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources Build relationships with employees across channels to: Own the customer experience and resolve issues to create a seamless environment Identify and hand off small business leads Develop strong peer relationships and accountability for the company’s success Provide first-class customer experience while enjoying the work environment Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age Wireless sales experience High school diploma or GED Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Reliable transportation Full-time availability (approximately 45 hours)
