What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Cultivate and secure new lines of business within net-new accounts, focusing on Adobe's Digital Experience solution set

Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets

Collaborate across the business to develop go-to-market strategies and enhance service delivery

Manage relationships at the C-Level, driving strategic digital transformation initiatives

Ensure smooth operations within the Sales department, including accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space

10+ years of overall experience in software selling

Experience selling to CIOs, CDOs, and CMOs highly valued

Strong presentation skills and executive presence

BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of large, complex sales models and experience selling emerging technologiesProven track record of building client acquisition go-to-market strategies

Ability to create and lead a highly motivated, success-oriented sales team
