What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Cultivate and secure new lines of business within net‑new accounts, focusing on Digital Experience solutions

Recruit, coach, mentor, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

Collaborate across the business to develop go‑to‑market strategies for software and services

Manage relationships at the C‑Level to drive strategic digital transformation initiatives

Ensure smooth operations within the Sales department, including accurate pipeline reporting and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space

10+ years overall experience in software selling, with a hybrid of software and services experience preferred

Experience selling to C‑level executives such as CIOs, CDOs, and CMOs

Strong presentation skills and executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders

BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience building client acquisition go‑to‑market strategies with knowledge of acquisition tools and processes

Knowledge of large, complex sales models and prior experience selling emerging technologies
