Responsibilities
Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers through outbound sales strategies and referrals
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification and contract execution
Drive brand awareness and build relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies
Position immigration solutions as essential to customer people strategies
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology or Immigration and Mobility
Proven track record of closing deals in the mid-market segment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a high-volume sales environment
Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel up to 20-30% for client engagement and regional events
