Pay Range First pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr.
Base salary starts at $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range $55K-$75K combining base and commissions. Top performers can earn $85k+ in second year and onward.
Location Positions available for candidates residing in North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, and West Virginia.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Schedule & Equipment Work schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (example 11am‑8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided. Must maintain a professional home workspace with a dedicated desk and high‑speed wired internet: minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload. Satellite or mobile internet not supported.
Training & Licensing
16‑week training for licensed hires, 18‑week for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Paid training also covers licensing; you must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license after hire.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty license required after hire.
