Base pay range:

Pay details and growth opportunities are discussed with your recruiter. Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and commissions. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Position Details
Sales role available for candidates based in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Applicants must reside within these locations to be considered. Paid training in a remote work environment, with licensing included if needed. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Schedule requires 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before potential shift changes. All computer equipment is provided. Home-office/work-from-home requirements include a professional workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Qualifications
2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales. Excellent communication skills with prospects and customers. Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance License required; training provided if you do not currently hold a license. About Us
