What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Lead Generation Specialists team and act as the main escalation point for customer inquiries - Define, manage, and implement enhancements to sales processes and systems - Analyze data insights and trends to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact - Provide regular feedback to team members to enhance performance and achieve outstanding results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless operations

What is Required (Qualifications): - Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment - Strong background in sales and call center operations, including knowledge of contact center metrics and service quality management - Experience providing remote support in a regulated environment - Exceptional customer service skills, preferably in a medical or health-related context - Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the position

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment - Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes - Familiarity with industry best practices and standards related to sales and customer service
