Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing efforts Provide detailed information about the employer’s products, addressing customer inquiries and competitive comparisons Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into customers Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team, serving as the main escalation point for customer questions and issues Qualifications

Associate’s degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare or diabetes Ability to work effectively in a key cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
