What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive sales revenue and market share growth within the designated territory
Develop new business strategies and pursue new accounts
Conduct clinical demonstrations and support the sales process through effective engagement with clients
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and hospital administration
Provide training and resources to customers on the proper use of medical equipment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related quantitative field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop solid customer relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize customer requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share
Familiarity with clinical environments and medical equipment usage
Ability to effectively present technical information to small groups
Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
