Generate profitable business by developing the assigned territory and implementing sales plans Maintain and grow the current customer base while building the national branding identity Utilize a solution-selling approach to meet customer needs Apply technical knowledge and project management skills to drive new business development Adhere to safety protocols while performing physical tasks required by the role What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in the equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry Minimum of 2+ years of direct sales experience Ability to learn engineering concepts and apply them effectively Strong project management and customer retention skills Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and lifting 25 pounds or more How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
