What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate profitable business by developing an assigned territory and implementing sales plans
Expand an existing portfolio through cold-calling and closing sales within a high-demand market
Maintain and grow the current customer base while building the national branding identity of the employer
Collaborate with a team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project management
Perform physical tasks including lifting equipment and working indoors/outdoors as required
What is Required (Qualifications)
4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience, or 3-4 years of related sales experience
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age
Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
