$0–≤$3.0M: 45 bps >$3.0M–≤$5.0M: 50 bps >$5.0M: 60 bps Annual earnings for top performers are in the high six figures! Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business Demonstrate success in building and maintaining a substantial book of business within the mortgage industry Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills Required
Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent. Preferred but not required High school diploma recipient. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Proficiency in Salesforce for sales pipeline management, reporting, and client engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Credentials and Experience Required
Sales experience is required Mortgage experience strongly preferred Current and non-restricted driver’s license and adequate car insurance Compensation range is $27,000 - $200,000 your first year. Benefits
