Acra Lending is growing and searching for experienced Non-QM Account Executives nationwide!

We have one of the most competitive commission plans in the industry:

$0–≤$3.0M: 45 bps

>$3.0M–≤$5.0M: 50 bps

$5.0M: 60 bps

Annual earnings for top performers are in the high six figures!

This Account Executive position is responsible for developing a plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals.

Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing

Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard

Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business

Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts

Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals

Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills Required

Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent. Preferred but not required

High school diploma recipient.

Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, Google, Bing, etc.

Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skills

Credentials and Experience Required

Sales experience is required

Mortgage experience strongly preferred

Current and non-restricted driver’s license and adequate car insurance

Compensation Compensation range is $27,000 - $200,000 your first year.
