Overview
Join the Inbound Remote Sales Representative role at Liberty Mutual Insurance. This position focuses on handling inbound calls, consulting warm leads, and converting leads into policyholders for the Florida market.
Pay and Benefits Base salary range: $55k – $75k per year. Additional compensation includes generous commission and performance bonuses. The role starts with paid training and requires a Property & Casualty license; licensing is available through the training program.
Starting base salary $45K with growth potential.
Average earnings $55K-$75K base + commission.
Top performers can earn up to $85k+.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads from the remote contact center.
Consult customers on insurance needs and match products to convert leads into policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand and maintain customer‑centric, integrity‑driven interactions.
Adapt to varying work environments and schedules while being a reliable teammate.
Training and Schedule Paid training spans 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. From day one you work remotely, with a scheduled 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day shift (mid‑morning start 11am‑8pm CST). All equipment is provided. A dedicated home workspace with high‑speed wired internet (min 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload) is required.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills.
Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational competencies.
Proficient typing and PC skills.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
