Tax - Business Tax Services - Corporate Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for U.S. corporations and partnerships.
Providing tax research, memoranda drafting, and quantitative modeling for private client tax advisory services.
Identifying and communicating significant tax matters to senior leadership.
Liaising with other service lines and subject matter professionals.
Building long‑term client relationships and communicating complex tax issues.
Managing, coaching, and developing a team of tax professionals.
Identifying risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
CPA certification or admission to the Bar.
Prior experience with ASC 740 tax provisions.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in professional services or a tax organization.
Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
Commitment to continuing learning.
Proficiency with tax software such as RIA, CCH IntelliConnect, OneSource, BNA, or Lexis Nexis.
Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring junior colleagues.
Willingness to travel as needed.
